@theankou hello friend we replaced the .glb is ready! but we keep having this error from the beginning with the thumbnail and doesn’t let ut to update it 
it’s 248kb but says is more than 1mb why could this be?

Current weight painting looks incorrect. When you do the weight painting make sure that you use normalize function to avoid influence from unnecessary bones.
I’m not sure, but if your thumbnail is not 1024x1024, the builder will upscale that image to 1024x1024 automatically, which could be the reason for the size increase issue.
@theankou Hello friend! I updated the file, all seems ok now, just the thumbnail keeps giving me this error, I’ve tried different ways and still doesn’t let me upload it, is 1024x1024 and 392kb, but still tells me is larger than 1mb, even if the total of all textures and thumbnail doesn’t pass the limit of 1mb

what about thumbnails, how do you update them? there are few options, first is when adding wearable, second with edit thumbnail button, and third in builder avatar preview by clicking on thumbnail button, you used all of them and experiences issues?

I can’t do anything regards that, reported issue to developers. You should try to upload glb + thumbnail and make sure that their total size is less than 3mb, less than 2.5mb
@theankou ok thank you! We tried this also, but is not working, we updated the glb to fix some bug in the neck, and though maybe updating the glb could fix the thumbnail error but it still doesn’t update, can u check it again so is approved please, thank you friend!
