The goal of the meeting is to advance discussions and conversations face to face, which is usually more effective than endless virtual back and forth conversations, subject to agressiveness and disatenttion. Nothing will be implemented, the objective is to produce a set of proposals that will be voted in the DAO in its current shape.
I do agree that the DAO Committee needs a refresh on its shape and responsibilities, this is something that could be discussed here as well.

Thank you for your response. I agree with that IRL can be more beneficial is some aspects. What I do question though, is this is not something readily affordable by many in the community. The requirements to attend are very open which is good, but I see this as a way for those with the money who then also have the VP of which has been a huge issue to meet up without some of those who make a lot of noise whether thatt noise be good or bad. Even with the reimbursement a person has to have the funds first and there is also not a lot of time for some to even save up to afford to possibly go. Thank you.
Yes, all the prep documents, schedule, and activities are published on the Notion page shared on the regenesis-lisbon channel for attendees. You should have access from the moment you noted your ticket.
