I do not have the time to conduct a proper pre-assessment of each of the postulants.
But once again, I wish to highlight the importance of proper interviews in this whole process, and how it can be legally argued, in a way which everyone should find troublesome, that without this, such an important change in procedural policies is disregarding rather important fiduciary responsibilities.
