Should the scene located at -25,25 be removed from the Point of Interest list?

Description

I believe the content of this location has changed since it was made a POI. The original describes a dapp-craft location called QuizZone. Right now it is called Metaverse Trade Center an empty, unimpressive building with no content.

@Louise#9d4c Thank you for putting up this proposal, It is important to issue POI Stars to places that are of interest. I personally have never attended an event on this parcel nor have I heard of any activities happening at this location.
