This person is attempting to exploit weaknesses in the DCL ecosystem to win rewards from the dao/foundation.
You should know that by now, or have the good sense not to open your mouth and embarrass yourself by further demonstrating your ignorance.
im lost here, what is the exploit from the name test?
would be great to have some context from any friend who know the backstory of this. I am totally newbie, and respect those who know the governance background of the Decentraland. with all respect 
Sorry, I was replying to Jason, thus the tone of complete contempt.
I can not tell you what this person thinks they are testing for exploitation; I can just tell you that is what they are doing, because HP has commented on the topic in the past and how he wished the foundation had required all testing to first be done in a test environment. (Paraphrasing from memory; perhaps his complaint wasn’t exactly as I recall)
