Should the scene located at 150,65 be removed from the Point of Interest list?

Description

This is just a hodgepodge of GLB files with a parkour that has a sign that reads “No More Free Wearables Here” at the start of it.

Maybe I’m missing something, but I can’t think of a good reason for this Estate to keep its POI
