**Submission on behalf of EmpressTrash **
EmpressTrash holds regular events within DCL. Much deserved of a POI at her base.

Sidenote: DCL needs a fresh batch of POIs for new players to explore. This submission is with the approval of said members.

This is an update of the status for POI.
TLDR: POI contract is currently held by the now rogue(my words) ex-DAO committee, thus it cant be implemented short term. Council and Foundation will be in talks on possibility to deploy a new contract for all POIs. Wait and see.
