Hey, looks like the female representation has a couple weighting issues around neck area. Make sure that area is only affected by the neck bone and remove any spine and shoulder weighting from there. For the male version looks like you applied transforms after rigging. To fix the issue you can remove any weighting with Alt+N and then reweight.

Hi @Yannakis we have corrected the faults and have re-uploaded the files - pending review.
We need approval as soon as possible, please. Thank you in advance.

Hey, make sure the neck is alligned with the neck part of head and remove any skin thats under the shirt to fix the clipping issue. For the male version still the same issue. I believe youre using the wrong armature with extra bones that are not needed like top head and the foot edge. I recommend either removing these bones or use the armature youre using for the female represenation better.

Hey, still the same issues. lmk if you need help fixing these!

Updates made. All looks fine in the builder. Let me know if there’s still issues. Btw is there any way we can test in DCL the same as you ?

Hi! I’m currently working on these wearables, I followed what you instructed with clearing the transforms and reweighting, looks all good in the builder but the second I’m clicking on view in world it’s all breaking, any ideas on why this is happening that isn’t the transforms? thanks!

@Yannakis let us know! This usually doesn’t happen. We’re late already so any help would be greatly appreciated

@Yannakis just uploaded some new models. They seem to be working fine from out end even when viewing in world, let me know if any other issues come up!

Works now but looks like there are still weighting issues on both representations around neck and waist area

Just pushed another update, noticed some faces weren’t oriented properly - let me know if this fixed it

The issue is because of the weighting. Make sure that the neck area and hips area are only affected by one bone

could you check again? went through and removed the weighting from other bones for the waist and neck of both models

Male looks good. Female still has some issues around neck area. Make sure the vertices allign with the neck from the head and that they are only weighted to neck

Hi @Yannakis just pushed another model for the female representation, set the weighting only to be on the neck and made sure all of the points line up with the basemesh head model. Let me know if this works!

Thanks for all of your help and advice on this
