issue with neck weight (vertices that connects with head should be weight painted to 1 to neck bone)

all listed issues happens for both M and F, neck issue more noticeable on M version especially

also, i’m a bit confused with the name of items, maybe add some suffx, for example “Zodiac Snake” to avoid issues with duplicated names?
