Hey, some weighting issues with the lower body and some issues on the upper bodies that make them not visible. Did you apply transforms after rigging? This could be the reason or a wrong armature. For lower body make sure that the area connected to hips is only affected by hips bone and not upper legs

Hey, theres a weighting issue with both male and female shirts. Make sure youre using the armature used with the pants and dont apply and transforms after weight painting
