This looks good to go, did you want to add a male representation to this design, if not that’s ok~
Currently 5materials, 3 textures. Can you drop this down to 3 materials to meet guidelines?

The male version will be very different and published as a separate wearable.

Just having a look the male seems to have some flipped faces on his side creating it to be transparent:
