The collection has been assigned to Yannakis
Make sure neck area is only affected by the neck bone and bottom connecting area is only affected by hips bone. Also some faces on the hands have to be flipped so they are facing the right direction

I have made the changes and they are ready for re-review.

I think I may have fixed it. I went through the bones and made sure they were weighted properly (I had the neck area weighted to hip). I also noticed the Spine1 bone a a little weight (automatically assigned) and I unweighted the portion under the wearable (fully weighted to hip bone). This should give full influence of the lower potion of the shirt to the hip bone (hopefully)
