Hello @Etienne

Hey @Fabeeobreen thank you. that is crazy, they look fine in the builder and so whacked out in game! We will check this out

Hi @Fabeeobreen , Some help would be really appreciated here.
First, I un-parented the T-Shirt and then it assigned to a fresh version of the default Decentraland male figure (Avatars_Male_Basemesh.fbx), but I get the same distortion issue as in your image
Then I tested by exporting the just the upper body from the default Male Character (downloaded from github (dated 19September 2019) and uploaded this glb to Builder

But even with this ‘untouched’ asset I get the same distortion when I view thw wearable in game

These are my export settings from Blender

Hello @Etienne
Try to:

Hello @fabeeobreen
I have now addressed the issue in-game. (…eventually it worked after I exported then re-imported the t-shirt mesh as an FBX).
We’d be grateful if you could review again, please.
Many thanks

Hello @Etienne
Good job now is working in world! Still some fix before approvation:

  • Check skin weights around arms/shoulders. It may help you to close the shirt sleeves (not with skin but with a black polygon) and remove all of the skin geometry you don’t need underneeth the tshirt.
  • Check female hips, some clipping with lower body
  • Check neck, avoid any disconnection with head

Hi @fabeeobreen
We looked at the areas you highlighted. Now ready for review, when you are ready.
Many thanks
Etienne

Hello @Etienne !
Hips are working fine! There still some issue with neck and sleeves:

hi @fabeeobreen, I fixed the neck and created faces on the inside of the arms. Please take a look when you get the chance.
Many thanks
Etienne

Hello @Etienne !
Tech is ok!
Waiting for green light from legal team, then we can approve this one

Fantastic, thank you @fabeeobreen

Hello @Etienne !
Collection approved!

@fabeeobreen and @Yannakis you were kind enough to approve 2 separate collections we put together a little while back. I have a burning question about skis and could really do with your help:

If we submitted a pair of boots attached to skis would they get approval? I see this video https://twitter.com/RTFKT/status/1410995800038121472?s=20&t=1RtMuZKYW7aQw4Eg5KWi7Q but I know a video of an ‘in-world’ test is different from getting through the approval process.

Hello @Etienne
I would avoid a design like this:
Skis will very probably always clip with the ground when moving, and we are not approving wearable that locks legs or arms, unless some specific case (like handling a sign)
