Haha fewf! You gave me a shock when I read that XD
If you update the thumbnail later the only thing is it doesn’t update on Opensea (due to the item being publishing onto blockchain) but everywhere else should!

I am was asking about this wearable. Can I upload a 3D rendered image(PNG) as a thumbnail? I want the thumbnail to be clear and well presented
