Hey I noticed the same issue with this as with the gold shoes.

the bands on top of the shoe is clipping with the surface underneath, this needs to be adjusted.

Looks like the same problem is still there. As i mentioned in one of the other ones, a fix to the issue is to connect the geometry of the bands with the geometry of the main shoe. then it is easier to skin them, and you avoid clipping like this.
