Hey @theankou, I think we have an urgent matter our game event begins tomorrow and we need this item to be reviewed & @Sango doesn’t seem like theyre active.
I don’t think It is misleading with such a thumbnail + the item isn’t even for sale, it is going to be give for free to the community that attend at the event tomorrow.
Here is my recommendation, earring model should cover most of thumbnail space, or at least 50% of thumbnail, to represent category. People will be confused and will thunk that scythe is the earring model.
There are two ways what you can do
First one is like that (recommendation from one of previous collections)
Or you can represent earring on head (as you made already) and scythe on back (like you did with earring + head, but scythe + back)
But they’re both should cover even space of thumbnail, and earring still should be the main object on thumbnail.
Sorry, i know that this is very weird, but we’ve got complains from users and from developers previously.
Also, you mentioned some of previous wearables here, in topic, but for example Hyp-0 thumbnail represents earrings (if you will check model by follow link to editor) and the rest models were approved, before we’ve got an complain about thumbnails. Docs is outdated, so i recommend you to follow curators guidelines, instead. Sorry.
If you want keep current thumbnail, there is another solution that i see. You can keep everything like that, but make sure that head with earring is infront of scythe (remove scythe handle from head with earring)
That way earring with head will be on foreground, and scythe will be on background. This solution looks even for me.
So the thing is the wearable of the earring is already in front of the scythe,
The head model is a shadow but the earring is on 100% its hard to see I have to admit from a 2D thumbnail but here I can show my layering for the thumbnail so you can see what I mean by this.
If you look at the thumbnail on 100% you will also see the head infront of the scythe
When there is a background for example this one you will see it much better, but because its a png and the forum bg is white its not showcasing that the head is upfront
I just made an imitation of the legendary thumbnail background so you can see that the head is in front of the scythe so that you can get an idea of what it actually is gonna look like
Otherwise i just recommend you to follow one of two solutions that i wrote before.
Also, i want to mention, that i wont be able to approve this collection, because this one is assigned to Sango, so, you will need to wait for his response. If you’re in rush, as i think thats possible to approve collection asap, but thumbnail issue still should be fixed.
Otherwise, if you will ignore thumbnail issue, even after approval, collection might be disabled in next couple of days.
And, it’s still up to Sango, i won’t be able to approve this collection. Unless there are delays from your curator with 24 or 48 hours.
