This works well in world with emotes and could be approved as is. Though you may want to consider adding some hair to the hat to cover the back of the head. Most hats hide hair, like this one does, and add a little bit of custom hair that works with the shape of the hat.
Okay, I added hair and just need the wearable unlocked so I can reupload the newer version. Thanks for the advice. It looks much better now! 
Nice one! This is looking great and the hair texture works well with the avatar system.
This could be approved as is or you might want to pull the hair out at the back a little as it clips slightly on the female representation.
