Everything is ready to go, but it will not let me upload a thumbnail. It says the thumbnail is over 1mb, but it is 340kb.
Will check this now!
You could try compressing it using tinypng.com
Got it down to 45 kb but it still won’t upload. Something is up with the uploader I think. @Yannakis
Tried clearing cache and refreshing?

Total size of files is probably over the limit so you might need to compress the wearable textures to fit the thumbnail in

Thank you @Yannakis. In regards to the thumbnail? What is the limit now? i cant remember. both wearables are 1.1mb each. I tried to make a new collection uploading only the female, and the thumbnail still failed showing this error. But, again, the thumbnail is well below 1mb in size.

Hey @Yannakis I did a whole slew of tests trying to figure out this thumbnail issue. For whatever reason, it wasn’t the filesize. Old thumbnails worked. so it wasn’t the uploader. I tried changing the RGB profile and the date of the file. no luck. then I tried just deleting the male character in the thumbnail and it worked. Not sure what the deal is ultimately. maybe a random pixel somewhere causing issues. I couldn’t move the female to the center or it wouldnt upload again. so I dropped my logo on the left side and it worked. You can see these three samples below, only the one in the middle worked. nothing else would upload. SO BIZARRE! anyways can you push the change please?

Is the thumbnail youre using 1024x1024 pixels in size?
No, they are 512x51`2, but I also tried 300 x 300 @Yannakis . Can you push the current thumbnail?
Ah that’s why. Thumbnails must be 1024x1024 otherwise they get auto scaled up and the size probably surpasses the 3mb limit. You should try upscaling to 1024 and then compressing on the website mentioned above. Lmk if that works!
Hmmm no luck @Yannakis changed to 1024 and compressed via that site. It’s all good tho. fine with that one rando thumbnail that worked.
