Would you buy a parcel of land with a small prebuilt home on it on an estate next to other parcels with prebuilt homes in a sort of housing development.
The homes would be pre built an unfinished, the parcel would be yours of course so you could renovate the home any way you want.
I would like to so who would be interested in this and if anyone would buy one

Good idea, but I think this can be brought a bit further: the homes will be built using some prefab pieces: walls, doors, roof, floor, etc. so that the user can reorganize the pieces to his/her preference and build a completely (almost) different house.
