check your realm (top left) and make sure youre in a popular one. DG is the most popular. also make sure youre on the ETH mainnet

laptop- Windows 7 - I solved with a wifi 3.0 key, the problem was a slow recension and data exchange

hell ya glad you could get it…  
we noticed with DCL that when you first log in it like drops your whole connection for like a split second or something… seems like a lot of data comin in at once and that even makes my iBuyPower Snowblind jump for a sec.  
S/o to @bitfiend for his countless frustrated hours of troubleshooting lol
