Should the scene located at 33,-64 be added to the Point of Interest list?

Description

33,-64 is the HQ for Forward Entertainment. FENT hosts virtual events in Decentraland. Additionally, the location helps new comers to DCL learn. Approval of this point of interest would help drive additional traffic and interest to the location.
