Should the scene located at 74,28 be added to the Point of Interest list?

## Description

The scene located at 74,28 will feature interactive art from a plethora of modern creators. Located right behind Binance headquarters in the Crypto Valley. Visitors will enjoy NFT games and many other attractions within the realm of modern art.
