Should the scene located at -67,-114 be added to the Point of Interest list?

Description

Franky’s Tavern is a historic build and represents the first “operational” dive bar in Decentraland. Launched in December 2020, it was the first scene in world to allow players to interact in a bar setting in a lifelike way.
