Should the scene located at -150,-143 be added to the Point of Interest list?

## Description

The scene at -150,-143 is a visually great event space, and a hub for new & unknown artists to have a chance to display their works. The building has an event center with a dance floor. We are producing and displaying Art, Music, Videos & Wearables.
