Should the scene located at 115,-140 be added to the Point of Interest list?

Hi GAllen,
I visted your build, it’s cute, the music is lively, and the detail in the graphics is great. That being said, I haven’t seen any events at your build yet, and I haven’t seen you active in the community. Many users decide to connect with the Decentraland Community, host events, and just generally get to know the people of Decentraland before applying for a Point of Interest Star. There are many venues who waited months before asking the community to vote for a POI. I’m voting no because I want to see POI stars go to venues who have shown interest in the community BEFORE asking for something from the community.
That being said, I will be your first YES vote if you choose to invest time and energy building Decentraland. 
I share every sentiment Canessa voiced above. This is the reason for my NO vote.
A POI needs to earned, not simply applied for! That said, your build sounds cool and I look forward to visiting it sometime. Voting no for now. If I see some activity and involvement in the community at this place I will reconsider my vote if you apply again in the future!
