The money left the Treasury, the Committee executed the orders, but the Committee failed to return it to the DAO. As a result of that, the now dissassembled DAO Committee is still holding up assets that belong to the DAO Treasury. Since the [DAO Committee Deprecation & Replacement](https://forum.decentraland.org/t/dao-a005416-dao-committee-deprecation-replacement/24653) vote, they have held up those assets that don’t belong to them. The signers of those deprecated wallets, Rizk, HPrivakos, and Tobik should empty all the assets from [DAO Committee - Ethereum 0x89214c8ca9a49e60a3bfa8e00544f384c93719b1](https://etherscan.io/address/0x89214c8ca9a49e60a3bfa8e00544f384c93719b1) and [DAO Committee, Polygon 0x8637b4da1f303a30e252fbf6421362dcead7e5ec17cd8248476cdcf6111efc06](https://polygonscan.com/tx/0x8637b4da1f303a30e252fbf6421362dcead7e5ec17cd8248476cdcf6111efc06) to the DAO Treasury. They should transfer all assets: more than $1.7M in USD Dollars as of today, bridging from Polygon to Ethereum all substantial balances. All the assets they hold are available in the [Decentraland DAO Transparency](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FoV7TdMTVnqVOZoV4bvVdHWkeu4sMH5JEhp8L0Shjlo/edit?gid=789391517#gid=789391517) spreadsheet, including about 1.8M in Polygon. Are you aware that the custodians(ex DAO committee) of those funds have refused to return those funds? Hi. I was the only one who never refused to give the wallet to the new members and did all the transactions to make that happen. Fortunately, today the wallet was updated with the new signers ---
