Total voice power of all parcels 180 000 000, which is very small compared to the total number of mana tokens 2 193 179 327. The most active members of the Decentraland community regularly visit the GenesisCity, have plots there, build and create exhibitions, expositions, games, etc., it would be fair to increase the Voice power for parcels holders
