Hey, I have reviewed the dress there are several things to fix before approving
- some of the normals of the dress specially on the skirt and the cuff of the dress are wrong having creating a really strange effect
- I would recommend to add more loops to the skirt in order to rigg it better looks very strange if not.
- Since you are hiding the legs you can use more tris so I would recommend adding the legs to the model if not the feet seem that they are connected to nothing
