Make thumbnails’ backgrounds completely transparent.
Wearable models don’t load in-game. Consider checking if your bone hierarchies are completely identical to the source skeleton and re-upload the models.
I checked one of the wearables - there are bones with _end suffix all around. It happens, when the “Add bone ends” parameter is checked in Blender during export, and they count as “real” bones.
We have also made some changes from the Replace to the Hide dropdowns. Potentially that was what caused the issue. Please let us know if it seems to work fine now? Thanks
