Hey! 1. Consider reducing the ampunt of tris to 5000 maximum. 2. There also is a problem with the scan texture here, consider hand-tuning it: ![image](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/decentraland/original/2X/f/fc8eb40523a47e3a2afd6b448ff52f58a0350b5a.jpeg) 1. The model seem to have lots of unwelded vertices all over it, like here, please, double check: ![image](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/decentraland/original/2X/b/b6151b1f02576928c996b62b3be9e87c5f0c6748.jpeg) Cheers! ---

Hey, still some artifacts here: ![image](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/decentraland/original/3X/8/b/8b60b7ae4c82bd1fd69bd28a802a00009b3a6a25.png) ![image](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/decentraland/original/3X/3/f/3f9b7b534ee5fc06b5c472ab516db8afafd433be.png) The unwelded vertices issue hasn’t been fixed at all, it seems. Cheers! ---
