For which ones? I have hidden the parts you mentioned. I weighted the paint on the neck (for the tip of the pipes) and I corrected the unwelded vertices on model

Let me know if anything else needs to be make.

Pipes still overlaps a lot with body, bottom part of pipes should be weighted to 1 on spine2 bone and have smooth gradient between spine2 and head bones, thank you!
