You need to provide proof that you have rights to use the design from the current owner of it. Please, send it to legal@decentraland.org or change the design in such a way, that it doesn’t resemble Pacman ghost so much (changing the color to one that is not used for Pacman ghosts and modifying shape a bit should be enough). Also, in case you don’t have approval from the current owner, it would be nice to remove the copyright ownership mention from the description.
The wearable itself is good to go.

Hey @AndreusAs , thanks for the reply! I have remove hte copyright ownership mention in the desription. And this is already different from the orginal pacman helemt, as the original one was pixelated, and this new one is simplify the eyes and make it more smooth and cute.
