Looks like your object is not rigged to base armature and it is not showing in game.
Find here reference armature:

  • If you are using blender, when importing the fbx file, make sure to check: “ignore leaf bones”
  • You can update your 3D file anytime from the builder editor, let @ me know here when you are ready for another review.
