Hey! Still looks the same in-game. Take a look at the screen below. There seem to be some extra bones in your model skeleton, take a look at the screen. To the right is another wearable, it works fine in-game. To the left is your wearable - some extra bones are highlighted on the screen. Basically, make sure your bone structure is EXACTLY the same, as the one on the source file you can find in documentation, naming included.

Hey! You can add representation, yep. Changing the wearable from male only to female only may be tricky because there could have been customers, who bought the item due to it being male-only.
