Hey!

  1. The thumbnails of the items must have completely transparent background.
  2. The maximum allowed amount of materials and textures for any wearable is 2 and 2 respectively + 1 “free” skin material and texture = 3 and 3. It’s 3 and 4 for the helmet atm.
  3. Looks like the bottom vertices of the helmet are not fully rigged to the avatar’s neck hence a rigging issue here:
